This page covers the CertiFlow website. It is short because the site collects very little.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and the time you signed up. That is all. We do not ask for your name, company or phone number.

The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics tools. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

Why

To email you once when filing opens for tax year 2026, and now and then with updates about CertiFlow. We do not sell or rent your address, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. Cloudflare also sees the technical details of every visit (such as your IP address) in order to deliver the page and protect it from attack.

The site serves its own typefaces and loads nothing from other companies, so no one but Cloudflare sees your visit.

Leaving the list

Write to privacy@certiflowtax.com and we will delete your address. Every update we send will also tell you how to leave.
